If you could somehow order "living green tiles" that were flat, compact, and fit perfectly together to cover an area like an intricate mosaic, then you would order this new "Side Salad!" An individual plant will eventually form a low mound up to 2' wide, but mass plantings in waves are most spectacular. Full sun, or substantial shade, regular garden watering, to quite dry, this selection is extremely versatile. Sensitive to hard frost.
